Our store specializes in professional disposable hygiene supplies for permanent makeup and tattoos. Once opened, products cannot be resold.

1. Ordering Reminder: Before placing an order, buyers must contact customer service to confirm the product model, specifications, and intended use. Please make payment only after confirming all details are correct. We do not accept returns or exchanges without cause after an order has been shipped due to subjective reasons such as selecting the wrong style or model, or not knowing how to use the product.
2. Returns and exchanges are permitted only under the following two circumstances, with shipping costs covered by the seller:
① The seller shipped the wrong item, and both parties have verified that the order and the actual item match;
② The goods were damaged during shipping, and the buyer provides a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video plus photos of the damage as proof within 48 hours of signing for the package.
3. Circumstances Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Permitted
Returns and exchanges will be refused if the product has been unsealed or used, if valid proof cannot be provided, or if damage is reported more than 48 hours after receipt. Special-priced clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 4. Important Notes
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please return the product along with its original packaging.

Discount codes cannot be reinstated after a return. 5. Return Shipping Responsibility
For quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns not related to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
